Most of us want our bodies to be slimmer, stronger, healthier and inexhaustible. Like the nice body Wonder Woman has got, for example. If she can get it, why can’t we? But we’ve got nothing like that kind of body, so we feel anger, shame, guilt and sometimes even hate. Poor us.
Yet, if only you listen to this misunderstood part of you, your body can teach you to splendidly slow down, feel, and develop. Then you’ll realize you’ve got a treasure even the omnipotent Wonder Woman hasn’t got. You’ll learn to enthusiastically admire and thank your ideal-for-you body.
